Each client and building has different specifications, and we can offer early morning, daytime, or evening cleaning shifts—whatever works best for your needs.

For larger contracts, multiple teams with team managers are available. Our contract managers ensure we work in partnership with every client to provide a service based on detailed knowledge of the customer premises and their requirements. With the assurance of a dedicated contract manager and a nominated site supervisor, you can always be sure of a proactive service.

Titan Apex Services Timeline

Passion

Titan Apex was originally founded by Josiah Langley in 2019 and his business partner who both shared a passion for providing exceptional cleaning services. 

After resigning from their previous roles, they decided to pursue their true calling and took the bold step forward in establishing their dream business. What started from humble beginnings at their dining room stables flourished into a thriving enterprise through dedication and hard work. They have since expanded services to cater to a wide variety of clients, from letting agents to property management companies.   

Global Pandemic

Despite the challenges posed by the global pandemic in 2020, they remained resilient and adapted swiftly to meet the evolving demands of clients. Titan’s commitment to excellence was recognized through the attainment of ISO9001, Disability Confident, BICSs accreditation and London Living Wages accreditation, reflecting unwavering dedication to quality service. 

Soar

As the company progressed into 2022 and beyond, Titan Apex has continued to soar to greater heights, obtaining its first vehicles, securing a larger office space, and welcoming the first office administrator.

The growth trajectory of the company was further enhanced in 2023 with the acquisition of electric vehicles and the introduction of key managerial positions for operational efficiency. 

In addition Titan achieved registered with the ICO to better protect and secure customer data.

Now in 2025, we’re thrilled to reveal the rebrand of our website and the relocation of our offices to expand its ever-widening team.
