Do you vet the cleaners?
To ensure we have the right candidates on board, our process begins with a thorough telephone interview to assess suitability for the role. This initial step is critical in understanding each candidate’s strengths and experiences.
Following a successful telephone interview, we progress to a face-to-face interview where we request proof of ID and address, as well as references. Additionally, we conduct rigorous right-to-work checks to further validate their reliability and expertise. Can I meet my cleaner before the first clean?
Absolutely! We understand that you want to keep your space protected, and if it would put many at ease to get to know your cleaner first, that’s fine.
If, for whatever reason, you change your mind regarding the cleaner we’ve chosen for you, you’re welcome to request another person.
What if my cleaner can't make it, or is sick?
In the event someone falls ill, rest assured that their responsibilities will be taken care of. Our priority is to ensure that your space remains clean and efficient at all times. If a team member is unwell, we will promptly notify you and arrange for another colleague to cover their shift.
Can I have an evening or weekend clean?
Of course! we’re flexible and here to work with our clients in whatever suits your schedule. Let us know a convenient time for you, and we will make it happen.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we are fully covered with Employer & Public Liability Insurance. This means that you can now relax and have peace of mind, knowing that you are in safe hands
