Hi, I’m Melisa Tyghter, and I’m proud to be a part of the Titan Apex team, serving as the Office Administrator and HR Compliance Officer. In my role, I’m responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. I also play a key role in supporting the human resources function, particularly in maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations. 

I take great pride in creating and maintaining an organized, welcoming, and productive work environment. Whether I’m coordinating office processes, supporting staff needs, or ensuring we meet all compliance requirements, my goal is always to contribute to a positive and professional workplace culture. 

What I enjoy most about my work at Titan Apex is being part of a dedicated team that values collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. I believe that when systems and people are supported properly, everyone has the chance to succeed—and I’m passionate about making that happen every day. 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, staying organized in all aspects of life, and continuing to learn and grow professionally. I’m excited to be part of the growth and future of Titan Apex and look forward to the journey ahead.
